Trucpal Operation Data:
This Month HGC in developing and promoting Trucpal has yielded impressive results. The total transaction volume of Trucpal in April exceeded RMB106 million, or about USD 15.35 million.
In addition to the growth in trading volume, the number of Trucbook registrations has also increased significantly, from 19,890 to 20,725, topping the milestone of 20,000 users. This growth indicates the increasing popularity and adoption of Trucpal among individual drivers.
These impressive numbers suggest that Trucpal is meeting a real need in the market and that our services are resonating with customers. As traditional Chinese companies look to transform and upgrade to the digital economy, Trucpal’s SaaS service is providing SMEs and individuals with a convenient way to make this transition. Business Expansion: New Regional Partner Signing Completed — Update
Last month we completed the signing of the cooperation agreement with our new regional partner in Nanjing, and this month we will be working with the partner on the technical work of the system interface.

Jiangsu Tongxingbao Intelligent Transportation Technology Co. Ltd.Co., Ltd. is listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in China, established in 2016, with a registered capital of RMB 347 million. The company is the first listed company in China’s ETC issuance service industry. It is a leading national high-tech enterprise providing intelligent transportation platform-based solutions for highways, trunk highways, and urban transportation. The company has more than 860 employees.
The company’s main business includes three areas: 1) Electronic charging business of intelligent transportation with ETC as the carrier, including ETC issuance and sales, electronic charging service business; 2) Intelligent transportation operation management system business with cloud technology as the platform; 3) Intelligent transportation derivative business, mainly based on “ETC+” as the core, with the integration of vehicle refueling, road economy, car maintenance, and car life, and carry out ETC ecosystem business.
ETC issuance business: The company is the only ETC issuance service provider in Jiangsu Province and is the first in the industry to realize Internet issuance and the national layout of the issuance business. By the end of 2022, the number of ETC users of the Company had reached 22.15 million, and the user coverage area had spread to 31 provinces nationwide; by the end of 2022, the Company had developed 1.28 million ETC users, accounting for 9.3% of the 13.7 million new ETC users nationwide.
The cooperation between HGC and Jiangsu Tongxingbao is mainly on ETC cooperation. We believe we can let more users smoothly use Trucpal’s innovative services after completing the technical interface.
Trucpal accounting subscription function
With the launch of the digital accounting and taxation function and monthly subscription fees for HGC, more than 100 users have paid for 30 or 90 days of subscription service from April to June. We have generated a small number of subscription users even though China is not yet in the habit of paying for subscriptions, so we are very confident that after developing and improving the system and marketing promotion in Q2, the revenue from this section will also generate stable cash flow for HGC.
