Trucpal Operation Data

As of June 30, 2023, Trucpal has over the past six months. Since the launch of the Trucpal System, the number of registered Trucbook users has reached a remarkable milestone of 21,735. In June alone, the total trading volume on our platform exceeded 105 million RMB, equivalent to approximately USD 14.6 million. These numbers reflect the thriving ecosystem and the growing popularity of Trucpal among truck users.

Looking back at the first half of 2023, our cumulative trading volume has surpassed 580 million RMB, equivalent to around USD 80.8 million. This steady growth highlights our commitment to providing a secure and efficient platform for digital investment.

Furthermore, our system user activity rate remains stable, exceeding 72%. This indicates the active participation and engagement of our users in the Trucpal system. Additionally, we take pride in the remarkable stickiness of our system, with over 98% user retention. This underscores the strength of our ToB’s industrial Internet approach, providing long-term stability and reliability.

Internal Staff Training:

We are pleased to share that Trucpal initiated a two-month internal staff training program starting in June. This program is designed to enhance our team’s expertise and professionalism in both internal and external operations. The training covers various topics, including the latest market insights in the freight logistics industry, advanced business negotiation skills, workflow standardization, customer expansion strategies, customer relationship management, and effective problem-solving techniques. We believe that this training program will significantly contribute to the continuous improvement of our staff’s capabilities and overall performance.

Marketing Campaign:

Trucpal continues strengthening its market presence through a comprehensive and dynamic marketing campaign. Our commitment to delivering impactful messages is evident through our engaging video content. Through our Trucpal Guangzhou operation company’s TikTok account, we have released a total of 135 videos, captivating 768 followers and amassing 2115 likes. This demonstrates the positive reception and engagement from our audience.

In addition to our video marketing efforts, we have established a WeChat public account to further connect with our target audience. Through visually appealing graphics and informative text, we provide industry insights, keeping our readers informed about the latest policies, trends, and business introductions. From January 2023 until June 28th, Trucpal Guangzhou operation has published 70 articles, with a cumulative readership of over 30,000 times. This impressive readership reflects the value and relevance of our content to industry professionals and stakeholders.

Our marketing campaign plays a pivotal role in enhancing our brand visibility and positioning Trucpal as a trusted and innovative leader in the market. By leveraging these platforms and delivering compelling content, we aim to not only attract new users but also foster long-term engagement and loyalty among our existing users.
